30-Day Return Policy

At Slide Shot™, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@slide-shot.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Slide Shot™ is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Inspection and Refunds:

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs for such items.
